Tropical Protein Pancakes

These protein pancakes are perfect for breakfast or even dessert if you want to build muscle or just eat healthy and tasty food. 

Substitutions:

  • 2 whole eggs can be substituted by 4 egg whites to lower the fat content of the recipe. This might make the pancakes a little bit less tender though. I personally like to use 1 whole egg+ 2 whites instead of just 2 whole.
  • Vanilla powder is just for getting that true vanilla flavour, which i love, but the recipe works fine without it. Vanilla powder can also be substituted with vanilla essence or vanilla extract.

Ingredients
  • 40 grams rolled oats
  • 30 grams protein powder vanilla was used in the video
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 50 grams yoghurt or quark actually "yoghurt quark" was used in the video
  • coconut oil to grease the pan
  • fresh fruit for topping & layering
  • sugar free syrup for topping
