Ingredients
500
grams
sweet potato
grated
30
grams
almond flour
2
eggs
large
to taste
salt & pepper
to taste
coriander/cilantro
fresh chopped
2
tbsp
olive oil
for pan frying
2-3
cloves
garlic
for pan frying
Instructions
peel, wash & grate the sweet potato
put the grated sweet potato in a clean towel and squeeze out excess liquid
in a bowl add the potato, eggs, almond flour, coriander & seasoning and mix well
form into patties
fry in garlic and olive oil on medium heat until golden brown
Serve with fresh coriander and enjoy!
