Protein cookies

These no-bake healthy protein cookies are incredible! They are really quick to make, contain only healthy ingredients and are super nutritious.

Ideal treat for taste, for performing inside or outside of the gym and for building muscle!

They also work if you are on a low calorie diet and trying to loose some fat, but be careful, because you can get too much of all this good stuff, calorie wise.

Normally when i make this kind of recipe i make them into balls, but today they turned out cookie shaped! (I did make one ball, like that would taste differently, haha stupid…)
These protein cookies macros are: 596 kCal, 33g protein, 63g carbohydrates, 22g fat.

Because I’m a cookie dough monster and this is a no-bake recipe, the texture of these cookies will have more of a softer feel. You can put them in the fridge or freezer for a while to make them a bit firmer.

Ingredients
Dough
  • 60 grams oats grinded in a mixer but left a little chunky for texture
  • 30 grams dates cored, juicy and also grinded down in a mixer
  • 30 grams protein powder chocolate peanut butter flavour
  • 15 grams peanut butter chunky
  • 1 splash water in case the peanut butter and dates aren’t juicy enough
Toppings
  • coconut shreds
  • coconut chips
Servings: servings
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients together except for the toppings, use your hands like me, (my mixer is really small and weak). If you have a good food processor just put all ingredients straight in there
  2. Mix the ingredients to a good cookie dough consistency

  3. Add water or more wet ingredients if it’s too dry and more oats or protein powder if its too wet
  4. Form the cookies to desired shape and size

  5. Dip and sprinkle the cookies in coconut shreds and chips
  6. Let some of them sit in the fridge to get more solid, and let’s face it, some of them will go straight into the cookie hole (aka the mouth)
