Egg muffins with Prosciutto di Parma

Ingredients
main ingredients
  • 1whole egg
  • 1slice Prosciutto di Parma ham
season to taste
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • Parmesan cheeseshaved
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Take out a muffin pan
  3. Line the edges with the ham
  4. Lightly beat an egg, season with salt and pepper and pour in the hole with the ham
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes (better undercooked than overcooked in my opinion)
  6. Take the muffin out of the oven and while still hot, shave some parmesan over and season with thyme
