Egg muffins with Prosciutto di Parma
Prosciutto di Parma ham
season to taste
Preheat oven to 200°C
Take out a muffin pan
Line the edges with the ham
Lightly beat an egg, season with salt and pepper and pour in the hole with the ham
Bake for about 15-20 minutes (better undercooked than overcooked in my opinion)
Take the muffin out of the oven and while still hot, shave some parmesan over and season with thyme
