Peanut butter & jelly protein pop-tart

This is an easy, healthy and more fun way to eat your protein bar!

I love Quest-bars because they are delicious and a great source of protein and fiber but mainly because they are so good to incorporate in cooking and baking! And you will definitely see a lot more creative ways to eat a Quest-bar here in the future!

To go with the whole peanut butter theme, I used the peanut butter supreme Quest-bar. But this would work with many different kinds of bars.

Ingredients
  • 1 whole Quest bar or any other suitable protein bar
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter natural
  • 1 tbsp jelly sugarfree

Instructions
  1. Put your bar in the microwave on low effect for a few seconds
  2. When it is nice and soft, flatten it out and cut it in half

  3. Now you are left with two flat "squares"
  4. Take one spoon of peanut butter and one of jelly

  5. Put it between the squares like a sandwich
  6. Seal the sandwich by pressing a fork around the edges

  7. Put what now is supposed to look like a pop-tart in the oven on 200°C for 4 minutes

  8. Take a bite!
  9. Alternatively spread the peanut butter on the outside instead aswell as some sprinkles to make it look more pop-tarty
