Instructions
- heat up the fiber syrup in the microwave or on the stove until it bubbles
- mix in the protein powder and the coconut flour immediately
- knead the mixture using the hands
- add a little liquid if it is too crumbly and don't hold together, a teaspoon or maybe two
- put the goji berries and the pumpkin seeds in the dough
- shape into bars
- refrigerate
