Ingredients
- 90 grams flour
- 90 grams hazelnut flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- 130 grams yoghurt or quark
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3-4 tsp baking powder
Optional
- 50 grams sweetener of choice
- 50 grams blueberries dried
Servings: loaf
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 175ºC
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl
- Lightly beat the eggs, mash the bananas and combine with the yoghurt/quark (if you choose to use sugar substitute, honey or syrup, add that here too)
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry
- Put the batter in a loaf pan and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes
- Take out of the oven and let cool before enjoying
