Ingredients
- 50 g rolled oats
- 150 ml you choice of milk/water any nut milk or regular milk works well
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 whole apple grated
Servings: serving
Instructions
- add 1 part oats to 3 parts liquid in a saucepan
- heat on medium heat for about 10minutes or until desired consistency
- grate the apple and use for topping along with a dash of cinnamon and cardamom and some more milk (any kind you like)
- preferably served and enjoyed in the company of a protein source like eggs or a protein shake
