This is how to make a healthy cake in 90 seconds!
Here is a new version of the easy, microwaveable and healthy cake which this time does not involve any protein powder but is still high in protein!
This cake has kind of a white chocolate flavour theme with white chocolate flavordrops and a white chocolate Quest-bar. It’s awesome how the Quest-bar got all soft and cookie doughy and almost melted into the cake after being microwaved.
Macros
- Including the Quest-bar: 472 kCal, 39g protein, 43g carbohydrates, 12g fat
- Not including the Quest-bar: 290 kCal, 20g protein, 39g carbohydrates, 5g fat
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp applesauce no sugar added
- 1 whole egg or 3 eggwhites
- 45 grams oat flour you can put rolled oats in mixer to get this
- 40 grams cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 splash milk
- a couple drops sweetener I used white chocolate flavordrops
Extras
- 1 questbar I used white chocolate raspberry

Instructions
- Put the oats in a mixer and turn it into oat flour
- Microwave on high effect for 30 seconds
- Stir it around for a bit
- Chop up the Quest-bar into pieces and put some in the bowl
- Back in the microwave for about 60 seconds (the time may vary depending on your microwave)
